Beef Tips On Rice is an easy dinner. Made with sirloin steak, cut in bite size pieces, 1 can beefy onion soup, cooked rice, 1 c. water and 1 pkg. brown gravy mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
