Beef Taco Pie
Beef Taco Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 3/4 c. biscuit mix, 3 eggs, 1/2 c. chopped onion and 1 envelope taco seasoning, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Heat oven to 400Β°.
Grease 10 x 1 1/2-inch pie pan.
Cook beef and onion until brown; drain.
Stir in taco seasoning and pour into pie pan.
Sprinkle with chiles.
In another bowl, beat with hand mixer the milk, biscuit mix and eggs for 1 minute until smooth. Pour over beef mixture and bake 25 minutes.
Remove and top with diced tomatoes.
Sprinkle with cheese and continue baking for 8 to 10 minutes.
Cool 5 minutes.
Serve with sour cream.
