Beef Taco Bake
Beef Taco Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, turkey or venison, 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed tomato soup, 1 cup salsa, 1/2 cup milk and 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In skillet, over medium heat, cook meat until brown. Drain. Add soup, salsa, milk, tortillas and half of the cheese.
Spoon into 2 quart shallow baking dish.
Cover.
Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until hot.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Serves 4.
