Beef Stuffed Shells

Cook shells 12 minutes.
Drain and rinse.
Saute in oil, onions, garlic and mushrooms.
Mix in beef, egg, bread crumbs, cheeses, oregano, salt and pepper.
Stuff shells with meat mixture.
Arrange shells in large deep baking pan that has been covered with 3 to 4 cups of spaghetti or tomato sauce.
Cover and bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Baste with sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
