Beef Stroganoff
Beef Stroganoff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. roast beef, cubed, 1 tsp. salt, 1 clove garlic, 8 oz. fresh mushrooms and 1 small chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine cubed beef, salt, pepper and flour; toss until meat is coated.
Add 2 tablespoons margarine to heated skillet; brown meat quickly and remove.
Brown mushrooms, garlic and onion in skillet. Add beef, vegetables and beef stock to stock pot.
Cook over medium heat until thickened and bubbly.
Add sour cream.
Continue on medium heat until heated through.
Do not boil.
Serve over egg noodles.
