Beef Stroganoff
Beef Stroganoff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. butter, 6 oz. can sliced mushrooms, 2 lb. sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch strips, 2 cans beef broth, divided and 1/2 c. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Melt margarine in a large skillet and saute mushrooms for 5 minutes; remove and set aside.
Brown meat and stir in broth (reserving 2/3 cup), onion, ketchup and garlic salt.
Cover and simmer 15 minutes.
Blend reserved broth with the flour; stir into meat.
Add mushrooms and heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute.
Stir in sour cream; heat thoroughly.
