Cut beef into small bite size pieces (sprinkle with unseasoned tenderizer or Cavender's Greek seasoning, if you wish).
Slowly heat large, heavy skillet. Melt margarine (3 tablespoons); add beef.
Over high heat, sear quickly on all sides.
Remove beef as it browns and put aside.
