Beef Stroganoff
Beef Stroganoff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. beef round, cubed, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 3 tbsp. butter, 1 (10 oz.) can condensed beef bouillon and 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

In skillet, saute beef cubes, onion and butter until meat is brown.
Add bouillon and Worcestershire sauce.
Cover and simmer 1 hour until meat is tender.
Add mushrooms, sour cream and flour to meat mixture.
Cook for 5 minutes until sauce is thickened. Meanwhile, cook noodles; drain.
Pour meat mixture with noodles and mix well.
