Beef Stroganoff
Beef Stroganoff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. sirloin steak, 3 tbsp. oil, 1/2 onion, 3/4 lb. sliced mushrooms and 1/2 c. beef bouillon or broth, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cut steak into 1-inch strips.
Saute quickly in 1 tablespoon oil until brown.
Remove from pan and keep warm.
Add 2 tablespoons oil to the pan and saute mushrooms and onions about 5 to 8 minutes.
Add steak, bouillon and wine; simmer about 15 to 20 minutes.
Add basil, nutmeg, salt and pepper.
Simmer 5 minutes. Slowly add warm sour cream.
Serve over noodles.
