Beef Stroganoff
Beef Stroganoff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. round steak (1 x 2-inches), 1/4 c. flour, 1/4 c. oleo, 1 can mushrooms and 1/2 c. finely chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Flour, pepper and brown steak in oleo.
Add mushrooms, onion and garlic; brown lightly.
Stir in consomme soup, cover and simmer 1 hour or until meat is tender, stirring occasionally. Then stir in sour cream and cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Serve over noodles.
