Beef Stroganoff
Beef Stroganoff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. stew beef, 2 tbsp. oil, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1 tsp. salt and pepper and 3 tbsp. four, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cut beef into bite size pieces.
Flour and brown beef in hot oil a few pieces at a time.
When all beef is browned, return beef to large Dutch oven or pan.
Add onion, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Pour in 1 cup water.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 20 minutes.
To make additional gravy, make a paste of 2 tablespoons flour and water.
Add 3/4 cup milk to paste.
Stir and pour over beef, uncover and cook to desired consistency.
Serve over hot noodles.
