Beef Stroganoff

Made with 3/4 lb. boneless beef top round steak, cut 3/4-inch thick, 1 (8 oz.) carton plain nonfat yogurt, 2 tbsp. cornstarch, 1/3 c. hot tap water and 1 tbsp. tomato paste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Trim separable fat from steak.
Partially freeze the beef. Thinly slice, across the grain, into bite size strips.
In a small bowl combine yogurt and cornstarch.
Stir in water, tomato paste and bouillon; set aside.
