Beef Stroganoff
Beef Stroganoff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter or oleo, 1 c. chopped onion, 2 cans mushrooms, chopped, 2 lb. round or sirloin steak, cut in small pieces and 1/2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Melt butter in skillet.
Saute onion and mushrooms; remove. Brown steak which has been dredged in flour.
Add seasonings to browned meat, onion and mushrooms.
Add bouillon.
Simmer until tender, about an hour.
Add more liquid if needed.
Serve over noodles; top with sour cream.
