Beef Stroganoff
Beef Stroganoff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. round steak, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms (save the juice), 1 can tomato soup and 1 pt. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cut meat in strips and brown.
Add onions, mushrooms and salt or garlic juice.
Mix tomato soup with juice from mushrooms, the sour cream and Tabasco sauce.
Pour over meat; cook until meat is tender, about 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 hours.
Serve over noodles.
