Braise tenderloin cubes in butter and garlic for approximately 2 minutes in skillet over medium-high heat.
Add beef broth, mushrooms and onion.
Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes until liquid is less than 1/4 cup.
Add dry Bearnaise mix and sour cream.
Serve immediately over wild rice or flat noodles.
