Beef Stroganoff
Beef Stroganoff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. beef tenderloin, cut into chunks, 2 tbsp. butter, 1/2 lb. mushrooms, 1 medium onion, minced and 1 c. beef broth, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Melt butter in large skillet.
Saute mushrooms, garlic and onion.
Remove.
Cook meat until light brown.
Reserving 1/3 cup of broth, stir in remaining broth with meat.
Add ketchup and salt.
Cover and simmer 15 minutes with reserved broth; add 3 tablespoons flour and pour into meat mixture.
Add mushrooms, garlic and onion.
Heat to boil; boil one minute to thicken sauce.
Reduce heat.
Add sour cream and heat.
Pour over noodles.
