Beef Stroganoff
Beef Stroganoff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 to 2 lb. sirloin steak, 1/4 c. margarine, 1 large can sliced mushrooms, 1 large onion and 1 can cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cut steak into thin strips and brown in butter. Remove.
Brown chopped onion and mushrooms.
Return meat to skillet.
Add chicken soup, sour cream and cottage cheese. Add 1 can beef broth. Cook slowly for 1 hour.
If desired, thicken with cornstarch.
