Beef Stroganoff
Beef Stroganoff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. sliced round steak, 1/4 c. flour, dash of pepper, 1/4 c. butter or margarine and 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cut meat into strips or cubes; dust with flour and pepper. Brown meat in skillet in butter.
Add mushrooms, onions and garlic; brown slightly.
Stri in broth.
Cover; cook for 1 hour, or until meat is tender, stirring occasionally.
Gradually blend in sour cream; cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
Combine with noodles.
