Beef Stroganoff
Beef Stroganoff is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. round steak, cubed, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1 clove garlic, chopped, 8 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced and 1 tbsp. vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Preheat electric skillet to 380°.
Dredge meat cubes in flour mixed with salt and pepper.
Brown meat in 2 tablespoons butter. Add chopped onion, garlic and mushrooms; brown slightly.
Lower heat to 300° or lower; add vinegar, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, Worcestershire and Tabasco sauces and pepper.
Mix with meat. Cover; cook slowly for 1 1/2 hours.
Serve over noodles, spaghetti or rice.
Serve with a nice green salad.
Serves 4 to 6.
