Beef Stroganoff
Beef Stroganoff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. beef round, cut in 1 inch cubes, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 3 tbsp. butter, 2 beef bouillon cubes with 8 oz. hot water and 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Saute beef cubes and onion in butter until meat is browned. Add bouillon and Worcestershire sauce.
Cover and simmer 1 hour or until meat is tender, stirring occasionally.
Add mushrooms with liquid.
Combine sour cream and flour; blend into meat mixture. Cook 5 minutes or until sauce is thickened.
Cook noodles and drain.
Serve stroganoff over noodles.
Makes 4 servings.
