Beef Stroganoff
Beef Stroganoff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 round steak, cut in strips, 1/4 c. flour, 1/4 c. butter or margarine, 1 can (small) mushrooms and onion to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Roll steak strips in flour using all of the flour.
Brown in butter.
Add mushrooms and onion and cook until tender.
Add garlic salt and pepper.
Add beef broth.
Simmer until meat is tender (30 to 45 minutes).
Five minutes before serving, add sour cream and mix well.
Simmer a few minutes.
Serve over egg noodles or rice.
