Beef Stroganoff
Beef Stroganoff is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, 2 cans french onion soup, 3 lb. beef cubes, 1 large jar mushrooms, drained and 3/4 c. dry bread crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Soak crumbs in milk.
Add remaining ingredients, except chili sauce.
Mix well and pack into 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pan to shape.
Invert on shallow baking pan.
Score loaf diagonally with handle of wooden spoon.
Bake in moderate oven at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Fill scored marks on top with chili sauce.
Bake 15 minutes longer.
This will make 6 to 8 servings.
