Beef Stroganoff
Beef Stroganoff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 tbsp. pure vegetable oil, 1 large chopped onion, 1 c. water, 2 lb. round steak and 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Brown round steak (cut into thin slices) in hot oil.
Remove meat.
Cook onion and mushrooms until golden.
Stir remaining ingredients except sour cream.
Return meat to pan.
Simmer about 1 hour, or until tender.
Gradually stir in sour cream.
Heat to almost boiling.
Serve over wild rice or noodles.
