Beef Stroganoff
Beef Stroganoff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 round steak, cut in bite-size pieces, 3 to 4 cans beef broth, 2 to 3 bouillon cubes, 1 large can mushroom pieces and 1 (16 oz.) container sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine flour, salt, pepper and onion powder.
Mix well.
Roll round steak pieces in flour mixture to coat.
Brown round steak pieces in oil with mushrooms.
Pour off grease.
Pour cans of beef broth and bouillon cubes in, and simmer for 1 hour or until steak is tender.
During last 5 minutes, stir in sour cream. Serve immediately over egg noodles.
