Beef Stroganoff
Beef Stroganoff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with round or sirloin steak, cut in strips, 2 tbsp. hot oil, 1 onion, diced or sliced, 1 clove garlic (optional) and 1 can cream of mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Cut steak in strips.
Brown in hot oil.
Add onion and garlic.
Combine mushroom soup, sour cream, mushrooms, catsup and Worcestershire sauce.
Add to meat; heat thoroughly.
This may be prepared in an electric skillet.
Serve with 6 ounce noodles which have been cooked and drained.
