Beef Stew is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. beef cubes, 1 tsp. salt, 1/2 tbsp. sugar, dash of pepper and 2 tbsp. oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Put first four ingredients in pan which oil has been added; brown meat.
Add water, bouillon cubes, cover and simmer one hour. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, celery, potatoes, onions and carrots.
Cover and simmer one hour or until vegetables are tender.
Thicken with flour, water mixture.
