Beef Stew
Beef Stew is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 bouillon cubes, 1 lb. beef cubes, 1 clove garlic, 2 celery stalks, chopped and 1/2 onion, sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cut beef cubes in half; coat with flour and brown in oil in pan.
Add onion and garlic; saute.
Drain and transfer to stock pot.
Add water, bouillon cubes, celery, potatoes and carrots or rutabagas.
Simmer for 1 hour.
Add green beans.
Simmer another hour.
Thicken with flour and water, if necessary, before serving. Serve with soft rolls.
