Beef Stew
Beef Stew is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. raw beef cubes (do not brown meat first), carrots, cut to suit, potatoes, cut to suit, onions, cut to suit and celery, cut to suit, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Place beef cubes in baking dish.
Add chunks of carrots, potatoes, onions and celery.
Mix together tomato sauce, water and sugar; pour over the meat and vegetables.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Scatter tapioca on top.
Seal with foil.
Place in a 325° oven for 2 to 3 hours or set oven at 200° and let cook all day. Can cook in heavy pan.
