Beef Stew
Beef Stew is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 to 4 lb. beef stew meat, 4 or 5 diced potatoes, 1 16 oz. can corn, drained, 1 16 oz. can green beans, drained and 2 16 oz. cans veg all, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In large stew pan, boil stew meat and garlic together until it starts to become tender. Leaving the broth in the pan; add all the vegetables, tomato sauce and tomato paste. Cover and continue simmering over low heat until meat is tender and vegetables are done. Stir often.
