Beef Stew
Beef Stew is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. stew meat, floured, seasoned and browned, 6 potatoes, peeled and diced, 1 lb. carrots, peeled and sliced, 1 large onion, chopped and 1 can peas with juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

After you have browned the stew meat, put in a pot and add potatoes, carrots and onions, with enough water to cover and cook until tender.
Add peas with juice.
Put cornstarch in a cup with salt and pepper; add just enough water to make a liquid.
Pour into stew and cook until thickened.
