Beef Stew
Beef Stew is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. margarine, 1 lb. beef cubes, 1 large onion, sliced, salt and pepper to taste and 1/2 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Melt margarine in pan on stove.
Brown meat with onion, salt and pepper added.
Place potatoes, green beans, carrots and water over meat.
Cover and bake in the oven at 350Β° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours until meat is tender.
Return to stove.
Make a paste of 2 tablespoons flour and 1/4 cup water.
Stir into stew to thicken broth.
