Beef Stew
Beef Stew is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. stew beef (low-fat), 2 medium 1-inch sliced carrots, 2 medium sliced onions, 1 c. sliced celery and 2 medium potatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Pull back husks to check condition of corn, but leave silk in place.
Leave 2 layers of husks on corn.
Rotate 1/4 turn halfway through cooking on High power; 1 ear 2 to 3 minutes, 2 ears 4 to 5 minutes, 4 ears 6 to 7 minutes, 6 ears 8 to 9 minutes, 8 ears 10 to 12 minutes.
If husks are removed, paper towel is also a good steam holder.
