Beef Roast
Beef Roast is an easy dinner. Made with 3 to 3 1/2 lb. roast of your choice, 1 pkg. beefy-mushroom soup mix, 1/4 c. flour, 1/2 c. water and salt and pepper to taste (i use pepper-garlic), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix flour and soup mix together.
Place meat into roaster or ovenproof pan.
Put salt and pepper on roast.
Pour flour/soup mix over roast.
Cook at 350Β° for about 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
Potatoes and carrots can be added the last 30 minutes.
I prefer to cook my potatoes and carrots separately.
