Beef Roast
Beef Roast is an moderately easy dinner. Made with salt, pepper, flour, 1/2 c. cooking oil and 1 (10 lb.) bottom round roast, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
👨🍳 Instructions
Salt, pepper and flour roast.
Place in bottom of roaster with oil.
Bake at 400° until brown.
Do not turn for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Spread onion soup mix dry on top of roast.
Reduce heat to 250° to 300°.
Cover; cook until tender, about 3 hours.
Do not add water.
Makes its own juice for gravy.
Delicious.
