Beef Roast
Beef Roast is an easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 -3 lb. sirloin tip beef roast, 1 -14 1/2 oz. can beef broth, 1/4 c red cooking wine, 2 tbsp. corn starch and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Salt and pepper meat. Brown on both sides in a large skillet. While meat is browning pour beef broth in slow cooker. Reserve 2 Tbsp. broth.
Mix with cornstarch. Pour mixture and wine into slow cooker. Stir well. Add meat. Cook 7 to 8 hours on low. Use gravy over rice or potatoes.
