Beef Roast
Beef Roast is an moderately easy dinner. Made with beef roast, 1 can mushroom soup, 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix, 1 small can mushrooms (optional) and salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Baste roast with A.1. steak sauce. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, oregano and flour.
Brown in hot oil and add beer, soup and onion mix.
Add mushrooms. Cook until tender, about 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Also can bake at 350Β° the same amount of time.
Can also be cooked in crock-pot.
