Beef Orientale
Beef Orientale is an impressive dinner. Made with left over roast beef, 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, 2 tbsp. soy sauce, 1 tbsp. sugar and 2 tbsp. cornstarch, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Cut meat in 1-inch pieces.
Place in a skillet and brown quickly.
Drain pineapple and add enough water to make 2 1/4 cups. Stir liquid, vinegar, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, sugar and salt into meat.
Mix cornstarch and water; stir in mixture.
Cook until thick.
Stir in pineapple, peppers, tomato chunks and onion. Cook until glazed, about 10 minutes.
Serve over rice or chow mein noodles.
