Beef Nacho Casserole
Beef Nacho Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 c. birds eye sweet corn, thawed and drained, 3/4 c. miracle whip, 2 c. crushed tortilla chips and 1 (12 oz.) chunky salsa, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Heat oven to 350Β°.
Brown meat and drain.
Stir in salsa, corn and chili powder.
Layer 1/2 each of meat mixture, chips and cheese in 2-quart casserole.
Repeat layers.
