Beef 'N Ale is an easy dinner. Made with 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 c. ginger ale, 1 pkg. lipton onion soup mix and 4 lb. stew beef, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix beef, dry soup mix, ginger ale and cream of mushroom soup together.
Bake in Dutch oven or large covered casserole dish at 300Β° for 2 1/2 hours or until beef is very tender.
Serve over noodles or rice.
