Beef Louise is an easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. lean beef (bite size pieces) stew meat, 1 pkg. lipton dry onion soup mix, 2 cans cream of mushroom soup and 2/3 c. red cooking wine (undiluted), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
