Beef Lombardi
Beef Lombardi is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground chuck, 1 onion, chopped, 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can chopped tomatoes, 1 (10 oz.) can diced tomatoes and green chiles and 2 tsp. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Cook ground chuck and onion; drain.
Put next 6 ingredients in blender and mix.
Then add to ground chuck and simmer 30 minutes. Cook noodles and drain.
Stir together noodles and sour cream. Spray 13 x 9 dish.
Layer noodle mixture in bottom.
Top with meat mixture.
Top with cheeses.
Cover with foil.
Bake 35 minutes at 350Β°.
Uncover and bake 5 minutes.
