Beef Jerky is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. flank steak, 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt, 1/3 tsp. pepper, 1/4 c. soy sauce and 2 tbsp. liquid smoke, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Trim off fat.
Semi-freeze meat and slice with the grain, making strips approximately 2 inches long and 1/2 inch thick. Place meat in shallow baking dish.
Combine all other ingredients and pour over meat.
Marinate overnight.
