Semi-freeze meat to make slicing easier.
Slice into 1/8-inch strips; marinate overnight.
Lay strips of meat in single layer on oven rack.
Cook at 120Β° for 8 to 12 hours.
Taste occasionally until desired chewiness is attained.
Makes 1/2 pound.
