Beef Hash
Beef Hash is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 7 oz. broiled lean steak or roast beef, cubed, 10 oz. shredded potatoes, 1/2 c. chopped onions, dash of salt and 1/2 container egg substitute, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Preheat broiler.
In food processor, process meat until coarsely chopped, about 1 minute.
Transfer to medium bowl.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Shape mixture into 4 patties and place on nonstick baking sheet.
Broil the patties 4 inches from the heat for 6 to 8 minutes on each side until crisp and golden.
