Beef Enchiladas
Beef Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. corn tortillas, 1/2 lb. american cheese, grated, 1/2 lb. white american cheese, grated, 1 to 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef and 1 can red enchilada sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix cheeses and set aside.
Cook ground beef.
Drain grease and add chili and enchilada sauce.
Let cook 5 minutes. Butter tops of each tortilla. Wrap in plastic wrap and microwave until real warm (1 to 2 minutes).
Fill tortillas. Add cheese, roll and place, fold side down, in long casserole dish.
Pour leftover mixture on top. Cook 30 minutes at 350Β°.
Add more cheese on top and let melt.
