Beef Enchiladas
Beef Enchiladas is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb lean ground beef, 12 corn tortillas, 1 medium onion fine chopped, 2 c grated cheddar cheese and 2 - 10 oz cans old el paso green enchilada sauce (mild), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cook beef and drain well soften tortillas fill with beef, cheese, and onion.
Roll and place in baking dish.
After all are placed in dish, pour over the enchilada sauce.
Sprinkle remaining onion and lots of cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes or until are very hot and cheese is melted.
