Beef Enchiladas
Beef Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix, 1 c. water, 10 (6-inch) flour tortillas and 16 oz. jar salsa, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Brown the ground beef in a skillet and pour off excess fat. Add taco seasoning and water.
Simmer until reduced.
Place equal amounts of taco meat on each tortilla.
Add some refried beans, if desired.
Put some salsa in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Roll up tortillas and place seam down in pan.
Top with more salsa and the cheese.
Put in oven at 300Β° for 20 minutes or microwave 6 to 8 minutes until cheese melts.
