Beef Chowder
Beef Chowder is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. rice, 8 c. beef stock, 1 oz. noodles, 4 tsp. oil and 2 slices fresh ginger, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Cook the rice in the beef stock for 2 hours.
Fry the noodles in the oil for a few seconds, then remove.
Finely chop the ginger and add with the meat to the rice.
Cook for about 15 minutes. Stir sesame oil, soy sauce and salt and pepper to taste.
Put some noodles and a little egg in each soup bowl.
Pour the chowder over and garnish with chopped scallions.
