Beef Chowder
Beef Chowder is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. chopped celery, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1/3 c. chopped green pepper and 1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

In large saucepan, cook ground beef, celery, onion and green pepper until meat is browned; drain off fat.
Stir in undrained tomatoes, soup, corn and thyme.
Bring to boiling.
Reduce heat. Cover.
Simmer for 20 to 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
