Beef Chowder
Beef Chowder is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 c. chopped onion, 2 c. canned tomatoes, 2 beef bouillon cubes and 1 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Brown beef and onion.
Spoon off grease.
Add tomatoes, 4 cups hot water, bouillon cubes, salt, pepper, bay leaf, celery and Worcestershire sauce.
Bring to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes. Add noodles, mixed vegetables and thyme.
Return to boil and cook 15 minutes longer.
